Submit a club lead and/or sponsor a club that charters successfully.

  • EXCLUDED: leads that arise from contacts made directly to TI or via the District 15 webpage
  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Receive $25 District dollars
  • Recognition on District 15 website

 

  1. Club Mentor Award

Successfully mentor a newly chartered club

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Reward $25 District dollars
  • Recognition of District 15 website

 

  1. Club Coach Award

Serve as successful club coach for a District 15 club, as listed on TI webpage

  • Receive a Toastmasters International Club Coach pin – Doesn’t look like this exists anymore
  • A successful Club Coach receives $25 District Dollars
  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award if club becomes Distinguished
  • Recognition on District 15 website

 

 

 

  1. Youth Leadership Program Coordinator Award (Individual)

Coordinate a Youth Leadership Program (4-, 6- or 8-week program) with students completing the program with a minimum of 80% attendance (students attend 6 out of 8 classes, 5 out of 6 classes or 3 of 4 classes).

 

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Recognition on District website, social media, D15 Newsletter
  • Refer to Youth Leadership Program under Club Incentives

 

  1. Speechcraft Program Coordinator Award (Individual)

Coordinate a Speechcraft Program (4-, 6- or 8-week program).

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Recognition on District website, social media, D15 Newsletter
  • Refer to Speechcraft Program under Club Incentives

Club Incentives:

  1. 5 DCP Goals Award

From the start of the year (July 1) through December 30, clubs that achieve 5 DCP Goals by December 30 will be entered into random drawings for District Dollars.  Drawing to be held in January.

 

  • First drawing $75
  • Second Drawing $50
  • Third Drawing $25
  • Recognition on District social media
    • Drawings will be announced in January at the DEC monthly meeting, 2nd Tuesday of the month

 

  1. Open House/Membership Drive Award

Available during each one of the TI membership campaigns; can choose to participate in either the Open House or Membership Drive or both

  • Smedley (August-September)
  • Talk Up Toastmasters (February-March)
  • Beat the Clock (May-June)

 

  1. Hold an open house and provide the following:
    1. Copy of the Open House invitation/flyer
    2. Copy of the Agenda
    3. Refreshment receipts
    4. Submit your guest attendance report for the Open House
      • Receive up to $50 District Dollar reimbursement for refreshments.
    5. Add new or reinstated members and receive. Details about disbursements (up to 5 new members):

 

  • 1 new member – $25 District Dollars
  • 2 new members – $50 District Dollars
  • 3 new members – $75 District Dollars
  • 4 new members – $100 District Dollars
  • 5 new members – $125 District Dollars

 

  1. Horizon Award (Club)

Submit Club Success Plan on the Toastmasters International webpage by August 31

 

  • Drawing for those clubs who submit their Club Success Plan by August 31st
  • Receive $25 District Dollars
  • Recognition on District website and/or social media

 

  1. Eight Is Great – into a drawing (fall and spring)

Get EIGHT club members to submit and pay their membership dues*, your club will be entered into a drawing to receive $20 District Dollars

 

OR

 

Get TWENTY club members to submit and pay their membership dues*, your club will be entered into a drawing to receive $40 District Dollars.

 

**NOTE: Member dues must be submitted and paid to Toastmasters International no later than September 15th/March 15th to be eligible for this promotion**

 

  1. 7 of 7 Officers Trained Club Award (Summer and Winter)

All 7 club officers trained in a training period.
