1. The Horizon award is given to clubs who submit their Club Success Plans on the District 15 website by the end of August each year. The following clubs achieved this award:

- Dave Morrison, EH5 completed his Club Coach assignment and has achieved credit for helping Strong Women’s Legacy reach President’s Distinguished for the period ending 6/30/2023.
- Steve Piet, DTM received the Hall of Fame award for his service to Toastmasters over the past 18 years.
- Maria Cervantes, DTM received the John Howard Leadership Award.
- Toastmaster of the Year was awarded to Sameer Deshmukh, DL5
- Club of the Year awarded to Image Masters Toastmasters Club
- Division Director of the Year awarded to Kandi Kutkas, EC5
- Area Director of the Year awarded to Keith Tondro, DTM
- Emily Lamoreaux awarded Rookie Toastmasters of the Year
- Thirty-nine individuals honored for completing Triple Crown requirements and will receive certificates and a crown lapel pin
- Twenty-three individuals honored as Outstanding Toastmasters Members
