Rules & Awards
• Actively participate in club & district activities by
• Taking on meeting roles
• Presenting Pathways speeches
• Visiting other Clubs
• Serving on Committees and Coordinating Projects, Etc.

Complete a row(s) horizontally, vertically, or diagonally to win prizes

• Complete one row = Pen & Pencil Set
• Complete two rows= Glass Mug
• Complete three rows = TableTopics Chat Pack
• Complete Four+ rows = Portable Power Bank

Individual Member Incentives

Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Award

  • Receive DTM Medal and $75 District Dollars
  • TI also provides an engraved plaque.
  • Recognition on District website and social media

Triple Crown Award
Members earning any of the following 3 education awards (Pathways level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Mentor Program, or DTM) in this TM year

  • Toastmasters International Triple Crown pin
  • Recognition on District 15 website

Pathways Proficiency Award
Member completes all 5 levels of a path

  • Receive a TI Pathways Proficient pin
  • Recognition on District 15 website

Club Sponsor Award
Submit a club lead and/or sponsor a club that charters successfully. (Excluded: leads that arise from contacts made directly to TI or via the District 15 webpage

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Receive $25 District dollars
  • Recognition on District 15 website

Club Mentor Award
Successfully mentor a newly chartered club

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Reward $50 District dollars
  • Recognition of District 15 website

Club Coach Award
Serve as successful club coach for a District 15 club, as listed on TI webpage

  • Receive a Toastmasters International Club Coach pin
  • Be a Club Coach for a year, receive $25 TI gift certificate
  • Receive credit for the requirement to received your DTM award if club becomes Distinguished
  • Recognition on District 15 website

Youth Leadership Program Coordinator Award (Individual)
Coordinate a Youth Leadership Program (4-, 6- or 8-week program) with students completing the program with a minimum of 80% attendance (students attend 6 out of 8 classes, 5 out of 6 classes or 3 of 4 classes).

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Recognition on District website, social media

Speechcraft Program Coordinator Award (Individual)
Coordinate a Speechcraft Program (4-, 6- or 8-week program).

  • Receive credit for the requirement to receive your DTM award
  • Recognition on District website, social media

 

Club Incentives

Consistent Membership Growth Award– End-of-Year (memberships added before June 30). Add 5 members in at least one of the TI membership campaigns, Smedley (August-September), Talk Up Toastmasters (February-March), and/or Beat the Clock (May-June) AND become Distinguished at the end of the year

  • Toastmasters International sends a 10% off discount at the Toastmasters International store
  • Toastmasters International sends the club a ribbon.
  • Certificate and recognition on District social media

Best Membership Retention Award
Clubs with The Best Membership Retention by April 15.

  • First place: receive $100 District Dollars.
  • Second Place: receive $50 District Dollars
  • Certificate and recognition on District social media

5 DCP Goals by December 30 Award
Beginning start of year (July 1) through December 30.  Clubs that achieve 5 DCP Goals by December 30 will be entered into random drawings for District Dollars.  Drawing to be held in January.

  • First drawing $75
  • Second Drawing $50
  • Third Drawing $25
  • Recognition on District social media

Drawings will take place at a DEC monthly meeting, 2nd Tuesday of the month

Open House/Membership Drive Award
Available during each one of the TI membership campaigns, Smedley (August-September), Talk Up Toastmasters (February-March), and/or Beat the Clock (May-June) Hold an open house and provide the following: a copy of the invitation or flyer, agenda, refreshment receipts, and submit your guest attendance report) Receive up to $50 District Dollar reimbursement for refreshments. Add new or reinstated members and receive:

  • 1 new member—$25 District Dollars
  • 2 new members – $50 District Dollars
  • 3 new members – $75 District Dollars
  • 4 new members – $100 District Dollars
  • 5 new members – $125 District Dollars

Horizon Award (Club)
Submit success plan on the District 15 webpage by August 31.

  • Receive $25 District Dollars
  • Recognition on District website and/or social media

7 of 7 Officers Trained Club Award (Summer and Winter)
All 7 club officers trained in a training period. (Summer and/or Winter)

  • Drawing for club officers pin set (Summer training)
  • Drawing for $25 District Dollars (Winter training)
  • Recognition on District website and/or social media

Drawings will take place at a DEC monthly meeting, 2nd Tuesday of the month

Newly Chartered Club
Receive choice of banner, banner stand, or lectern.

Club Leadership Fall Challenge
Clubs that renew memberships at 100% of base membership by September 20 AND post a picture of some or all of your club members on the District 15 Facebook page. Base membership can be found on the TI website, Leadership Central/ Distinguished Performance Report/District 15/Club Status tab.

  • Receive $25 District Dollars
  • Recognition on District website and social media

Club Leadership Spring Challenge
Clubs that renew memberships at 100% of base membership by March 20 AND post a picture of some or all of your club members on the District 15 Facebook page. Base membership can be found on the TI website, Leadership Central/ Distinguished Performance Report/District 15/Club Status tab.
