Sameer Deshmukh, DTM
Sameer Deshmukh is a seasoned Toastmaster who has served in nearly every key district leadership role, including Club Officer, Club Coach, Area Director, Division Director, Public Relations Manager, Program Quality Director, and Club Growth Director. His collaborative leadership helped his club achieve President’s Distinguished status and contributed to the district earning Distinguished recognition in both membership growth and Club Quality. He has been honored as Division Director of the Year and Toastmaster of the Year for District 15.
Outside of Toastmasters, Sameer is a Solutions Architect by profession, creating innovative solutions through collaboration across diverse teams and functional areas. He enjoys photography.
As District Director, Sameer’s vision is to foster a culture where officers are empowered and members are engaged—working together toward the shared goal of becoming a Distinguished District.
Program Quality Director
Courtney Carlovsky, DTM
Courtney has been a Toastmasters member at HP Speakeasies club for almost 9 years. She has had the pleasure of serving her fellow Toastmasters in multiple roles at her club, as well as District 15 as an Area Director, a Division Director, Finance Manager, and as the Public Relations Manager. When she is not working on Toastmasters stuff, she can be found on the golf course or at her job as a financial analyst.
Club Growth Director
Michael Hachigian, DTM
Mike spent over 30 years in technology and adult training, making a significant impact in his field. Thirteen years ago, he joined Toastmasters, seeking a platform to hone his public speaking skills. The support and encouragement he received from fellow members fueled his passion for growth and leading others. During that time he has served in each of the club officer positions, as an Area Director, and as a Division Director.
Upon retiring, Mike continues to feel a calling to invest in others. Through mentoring, coaching, and volunteering, Mike is committed to guiding them toward helping them define their goals and reaching them. Toastmasters is a great platform to help many, one person at a time.
