Session 1

Presenter: Jaysee Jimenez, More Toasting. More Doing.

Professional Communication Styles

Are you more of a dove, an owl, a peacock, or an eagle?  Curious as to what those might entail and how it relates to Toastmasters?!  This session will take you through defining different communication/approachability styles, identifying what your communication style may be, and helping you understand the communication style of others in order to communicate more effectively with them.

Session 2

Presenter: Trevor Nelson, DTM, More Toasting. More Doing.

Work Styles Assessment

As Toastmasters Club Officers and members, we all have to work together in order to make our Clubs successful!  This assessment is designed to help you identify your primary work style and learn about the similarities and differences between all the styles.  Understanding yourself better is the first step to becoming more effective when working and interactive with others.  We will ask that some pre-work be completed in order to make this session run smoothly, so be on the lookout for that prior to the event!
