Club Success Plans

Have you completed your Club Success Plan?  If so, great job!  If not, this is your reminder that your Club Success Plan submissions are due into Club Central by September 30.  Club Success Plans are MANDATORY in order for your club to receive recognition via the Distinguished Club Program at year-end.
The Club Success Plan is a living document that does not have to be fully fleshed out and perfect to be submitted.  Make sure your Club doesn’t let the opportunity to be Distinguished slip by!
What is gained by working through the Club Success Plan?
Club Benefits:

• Collaboration among members
• Increased engagement
• Growth of Club and Members in communication and leadership
• Roadmap to results (i.e. Growing membership, increasing role participation, Pathways engagement, etc.)

Member Benefits:

• Develop Project Management skills
• Enhance strategic thinking
• Increase engagement by including all members in working towards club goals

 District Resources Available to support your clubs in completing your Plans:

• Weekday Zoom Calls held through Sept 30: Held M-F from Noon-1pm (Noon Sessions Registration) and 7pm-8pm ( Evening Sessions Registration) (See attached flyer)
