Greetings Club Officers!

I hope your New Year is going well!  We were sorry to miss you at District 15’s previous Club Officer Training sessions.  Some of you have reached out to inquire about when the next District 15 Club Officer Training will take place.  Well wonder no more!

The next District 15 Winter Club Officer Training Session will take place:

However, if you are unable to make this session and want to cross your club officer training off your to-do list at a time that is more convenient for you, we have a few solutions for you! 

  1. Follow this link to Toastmasters District 21’s website: Club Officer Training Online | District 21 to find additional Club Officer Training sessions hosted by other Toastmasters Districts. 
  1. District 7, the District we will be merging with next year, has provided a link to their calendar ( D7 Calendar ) for the training they will be hosting on January 23rd and January 24th.  ALL session attendees must register.  All roles will be covered during both sessions.

If you decide to attend one of these training sessions (District 7 or any other District training not hosted by District 15), please complete the following steps:

  1. When you register for a training session, please let them know you are a club officer from District 15
  2. When you attend the training session:
  • Please take a screen shot as proof of attendance
  • Email Courtney Carlovsky at pqd@district15speaks.org with (1) your name, (2) club name, (3) officer role, (4) date of the training, and (5) screen shot

Please follow these steps so that you can receive credit for attending your club officer training session in a timely fashion. 

  1. Your Area Director will be reaching out to set up training for your role.  Please be on the look out for communication from them and timely respond to their inquiry on availability.
