The Area A2 Council meetings are:
In the Spring on: 0000-00-00 and in the Fall on: 0000-00-00
The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
First half is done.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
VP of PR's will be encouraged to share best practices on the Treasure Valley facebook page.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Deborah Crutchfield plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
Well I like bling, but I'm going to ask for some type of incentive to get clubs using Pathways.

River Speakers

To help River Speakers succeed, Area Director Deborah Crutchfield will implement the following plan: Word of mouth for new members. Larger clubs that are difficult to schedule speeches at - deliver one with us! Path progression; we have some members that are moving very slowly on their paths and we have meetings without scheduled speeches.
