The Area A3 Council meetings are:
In the Spring on: 2019-04-24 and in the Fall on: 2018-09-18
The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
After the TLI, receive a report from the Division Director identifying who is still not trained. Create a communication for the officers and send it out via email asking when they are available for make up training. Be willing to meet members on an individual basis to complete make up training if group meetings will not work. Follow up with email and phone calls Goal is 100% officer training.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
Encourage membership campaigns; discuss the membership outreach campaigns, and encourage Public relations to get their club image in the public, Facebook, website usage. Encourage holding open house or potential member meetings.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Tammy McMorrow plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
More training on officer roles throughout the year to reinforce the concepts learned at the TLI. Good communication on District goals and how important clubs and members are to achieving club, area, division, and district goals. I think more recognition by the district as clubs, area, and divisions are reaching their goals. Electronic postings or a mailchimp communications maybe?

Eagle Toastmasters

Director Tammy McMorrow expects to visit Eagle Toastmasters on 0000-00-00

To help Eagle Toastmasters succeed, Area Director Tammy McMorrow will implement the following plan: Continue to encourage us to participate in membership contests, speech contests. Consider our club members when special speaking opportunities arise. We have advanced speakers willing to volunteer. Having visits from our area director is greatly appreciated, as she helps and encourages us to fulfill our club duties. We would also like to have an area or district representative visit our club and give a prepared speech about how our club can be more successful. Share with us successful practices of other clubs to boost our membership and club success. The Area Director can regularly review our responsibilities as a club to make sure we are on track. The District Director can also send us important information and updates and answer questions that we have.

HP Speakeasies Club

To help HP Speakeasies Club succeed, Area Director Tammy McMorrow will implement the following plan: Incentive programs are a good driver. Answer any questions we may have and assist us if/when we find ourselves in \"uncharted waters”. The HP Speakeasies Club President has not requested a meeting with the Area A3 Director to review the club’s Success Plan. Club HP Speakeasies Club will review the success plan Monthly.
