2024/2025 Success Plan for Area C1

Members of Area C1 Council, meetings and discussions:
The club presidents for Area C1 are: Heidi Klopfenstein(Box Elder Club), Fee Busby (Cache Valley Club), Dick Carr (Wildcat), and Dick Carr (Twilight). The Area Council will communicate via email and meet as needed.
The Area C1 Council meetings are:
In the Spring on: 2023-02-11 and in the Fall on: 2022-10-08
The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
Area C1 Director will contact club presidents to ensure they know the dates of training, both for Fall and Spring, and invite all officers to attend training.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
Area C1 Director will keep in contact with club presidents and membership VPs to see how club memberships are growing. The Area Director will remind club officers that any referrals to clubs should be responded to by the appropriate club officers. This could be the VP of Membership or other designated officers.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Richard Carr plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
By providing Zoom licenses as needed as well as supporting supplies, the District and Division leadership can support the clubs in Area C1.

Twilight Toastmasters

Director Richard Carr expects to visit Twilight Toastmasters on 0000-00-00
