The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
Some clubs may not be able to keep up membership numbers, so the District should possibly consider combining some of these clubs specifically in this Area. Other clubs that can be sustainable really need a formal membership building program, which could mainly be supported by online presence and marketing materials at their chosen venue.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Jaysee Jimenez plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
We may need to look at combining some Clubs, as membership is dwindling. A formal District/Division PR push of materials would be helpful to several Clubs.
