2024/2025 Success Plan for Area C3

Members of Area C3 Council, meetings and discussions:
I do not currently have any ideas for our Area beyond those lead by our Division and District. If any of you club officers have ideas, please let me know.
The Area C3 Council meetings are:
In the Spring on: 2018-02-15 and in the Fall on: 2017-09-24
The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
Other than an email reminder it is too late for August. For February, I will provide a motivating explanation in my Area Director club visits.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
Honestly, this is a tough one. Especially with a pandemic, I think most of us are just happy to have a club in good standing.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Margaret Carr plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
Personally, I think we have too many layers in the TI organization, which causes too many emails. I have so many emails in my life it is hard to keep up. If we are not going to consolidate any clubs or Areas, then maybe we could at least consolidate email communication. I would prefer phone call or text from Division for simpler items and only the occasional email.
