2024/2025 Success Plan for Area D2

Area Director – Meta Joles Club Presidents – Zhengming Wang (Key), Becky Lyttle (MT), Adam Perry (PS), Bradford McMullen (Sun) Club VPEd – Susan Schaefer (Key), Micky Daurelle (MT), Meta Joles (PS), Jill SIlvey (Sun) Club VPM – Judith Ballantyne (Key), Paul Tyhurst (MT), Lincoln Hoffman (PS), Wendy Bernard (Sun) The Area Director will email the clubs at least once a month with important District 15 news, dates, and deadlines.
The Area D2 Council meetings are:
In the Spring on: 2022-03-29 and in the Fall on: 2021-10-26
The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
Reminders sent to club officers, updates on make-up training, encourage, and promote DCP.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
Listen to club officers\' concerns and observations of any membership retention or growth issues. Offer innovative and effective suggestions and follow up regularly.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director Lionel Furness plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
By providing clear and timely communication on all important District 15 news, dates, and deadlines.
