The Plan to have 75% of Club Officers trained:
Encourage Club Officers to attend Division D TLI, and discourage make up training. E-mail dates of training to Club Officers well in advance of event for calendaring purposes.
The Area Director will help existing clubs grow by:
By initiating e-mails to club officers encouraging them to participate in Toastmasters International sponsored membership contests. Review club Distinguished Club Performance Reports at TMI and follow up with the Club.
To enjoy educational success, the clubs in the area must achieve Competent Communicator, Advanced Communicator, Competent Leadership and Advanced Leadership awards. Director David Garbrecht plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
